I also found it really useful to have many options for each item (e.g. a fixed price, open donation, etc).

Customer service was fast and friendly. I submitted a query about making our list private and it was all efficiently sorted within a few hours.

My guests all founds it easy to use and I didn't have to deal with any queries about how to give us a present.
